The Temperature Controlled External Short Circuit Tester is designed for lithium battery safety testing, battery cell abuse testing and external short-circuit testing.
With a maximum load current of 1000A, 20mΩ built-in resistor and ≤5μs DC response time, the system provides a controlled and repeatable high-current short-circuit test environment.
The integrated temperature-controlled chamber, battery surface temperature monitoring, automatic PLC control, smoke exhaust and explosion-proof protection make it suitable for battery R&D laboratories, safety testing laboratories and quality-control applications.
It is conforms to the standard of UN38.3 clause 4.5 Test T.5, UL 1642, IEC 62619:2017 clause 7.2.1, IEC62133-1:2017 clause 7.3.2 , IEC62133-2:2017 clause 7.3.1 and 7.3.2 , IEC62133:2014 clause 7.3.2,8.3.1, 8.3.2, IEC60086-4 clause 6.5.1, IEC60086-4 clause 6.5.8 6.5.9 , and so on.
