This air saturated test chamber complies with IEC 62196-1:2022 Clause 30. It is designed to accelerate rust formation on plugs, screws, and other metal components after they have been soaked in ammonium chloride solution, by exposing them to controlled saturated water vapor.

• High-precision platinum (PT-100) temperature sensor ensures accurate control with a resolution of 0.1°C.
• Adjustable and controllable water vapor test conditions, including steam test timing.
• Inner chamber: SUS 316 stainless steel with full argon welding; Outer chamber: SUS 316 stainless steel material, for superior corrosion resistance.
