Programmable Constant Temperature And Humidity Test Chamber -40℃ To +50℃
The Test Chamber is a heavy-duty programmable constant temperature and humidity test chamber designed for reliability testing of electronics, electrical components, plastics, and raw materials. It validates product performance under extreme cold, dry heat, steady-state humidity, and cyclic damp heat conditions. Compliant with IEC, ISO, and GB/T standards, this walk-in chamber is engineered for laboratory and industrial production environments requiring long-term, high-frequency operation.

Temperature & Humidity Accuracy
The system delivers ± 0.5°C temperature fluctuation and ± 2.5%RH humidity fluctuation under no-load conditions. Temperature deviation is maintained at ± 2.0°C, while humidity deviation is ± 3.0%RH. The controller resolution is 0.1°C / 0.1%RH, suitable for precise material and component characterization.
Industrial Durability
Designed for long-term, high-frequency industrial use. Features low-temperature scroll compressors, Sweden SWEP heat exchangers (SUS#316), and SSR solid-state relay control with anti-integral saturation PID. The structure includes 100mm rigid polyurethane foam insulation and a heavy-duty bottom track rated at ≤100Kg/m², ensuring durability for 24/7 production testing.
Safety Protection
Comprehensive safety features include: compressor overheating/overcurrent/overpressure protection, adjustable over-temperature protection, fan motor overheat protection, leakage protection, heating tube no-air dry burning protection, and power outage memory with auto-resume.
Programmable Controller
The 7-inch true color touchscreen controller supports up to 120 program groups with 100 segments per program (12,000 segments total). It includes RS232/RS485 communication, real-time curve display, and PLC-like logic relay outputs (AND, OR, NOR, XOR).
