The Forged Steel Excavator Engine Crankshaft is precision-engineered for the 320D C6.4 diesel engine. Manufactured through an advanced high strength forged construction process, this crankshaft delivers exceptional torque transmission and fatigue resistance under the most demanding excavator operating conditions. Every unit is precision machined for accurate fit, ensuring perfect alignment with main bearings and connecting rod journals.
Forged from premium 42CrMo alloy steel using multi-directional forging technology. The forging process aligns the metallic grain flow along the crankshaft contour, maximizing tensile strength (≥ 980 MPa) and torsional fatigue resistance. This high strength forged construction ensures reliable performance under extreme cyclic loading conditions.
Every crankshaft undergoes CNC precision grinding on main journals (85 mm) and connecting rod journals (65 mm) to tolerances within ±0.005 mm. The precision machined for accurate fit process guarantees exact bearing clearance, minimizing vibration and extending engine service life.
Designed as a direct drop-in replacement for the 320D C6.4 engine, this crankshaft matches OE dimensions and balance specifications without modification. Plug-and-play installation reduces machine downtime and maintenance costs.
