Hydraulic Breaker Nitrogen Charging Valve Excavator Rock Hammer Gas Fitting Breaker Charging Screw Nitrogen Nozzle
Product Introduction
This high-precision hydraulic breaker nitrogen charging valve is a core essential spare part for excavator hydraulic hammer systems, including durableexcavator rock hammer gas fitting, universal breaker charging screw and integrated nitrogen nozzle accessories. As a professional nitrogen inflation and sealing component for all series of hydraulic rock breakers, it is widely compatible with SB, Soosan, Furukawa and other mainstream breaker models. This standard breaker nitrogen charging nozzle is responsible for nitrogen filling, pressure maintenance and air leakage prevention for hydraulic hammers. Adopting high-precision machining and high-pressure resistant alloy material, it solves common problems of ordinary gas fittings such as air leakage, thread slipping and pressure failure. It effectively maintains stable internal nitrogen pressure of the rock hammer, ensures consistent striking force, reduces hammer failure rate, and extends the overall service life of excavator hydraulic breaker equipment.
Product Working Principle
Installed on the accumulator and nitrogen port of the hydraulic rock breaker, the hydraulic breaker nitrogen charging valve and breaker charging screw form a complete inflation and sealing system. When charging nitrogen, open the charging screw and connect the inflation tool to inject quantitative nitrogen into the breaker accumulator. After inflation, tighten the nitrogen nozzle to squeeze the internal sealing ring to form a closed sealed space. It can lock the internal nitrogen pressure stably, avoid nitrogen leakage and pressure loss during high-frequency striking of the excavator rock hammer gas fitting. The stable nitrogen pressure assists the hydraulic system in energy storage and boosting, ensuring the hydraulic breaker maintains consistent and powerful impact force during continuous breaking operation.
FAQ
Q1: Will this nitrogen charging valve fit my excavator hydraulic breaker?
A1: This hydraulic breaker nitrogen charging valve has strong universal compatibility, suitable for almost all mainstream excavator hydraulic breakers including SB series, Soosan, Furukawa and Montabert. It is the general standard excavator rock hammer gas fitting for engineering maintenance.
Q2: What problems can a damaged breaker nitrogen nozzle cause?
A2: Damaged breaker charging screw and nitrogen nozzle will cause nitrogen leakage and pressure loss, resulting in weak breaker striking force, slow response, intermittent no hitting, and seriously reducing construction efficiency.
Q3: Is installation of the breaker charging screw complicated?
A3: The installation is extremely simple. It is a direct replacement accessory with standard thread size. No modification and professional tools are needed, users can complete replacement and installation quickly on site.
Q4: What is the service life of this nitrogen charging valve?
A4: Adopting alloy steel hardening process and anti-corrosion treatment, this hydraulic breaker nitrogen charging valve features wear resistance and oxidation resistance. Its service life is 2-3 times that of ordinary ordinary iron gas fittings, with low later maintenance cost.
