To resolve global buyers’ common buyer concerns: cheap breakers crack piston/cylinder easily, leak oil under high temperature and fail quickly during continuous hard rock breaking, MSGB100 core components including piston, cylinder and bushings are forged from 42CrMo alloy steel with full vacuum quenching heat treatment in line with Korean & Japanese OEM standard. CNC precision machining keeps tight matching clearance to avoid cylinder pulling and oil leakage even under long-hour granite & reinforced concrete demolition. Built-in large-volume accumulator absorbs hydraulic pulse fluctuation, stabilizes consistent blow energy to prevent unstable striking force, cutting unexpected downtime and maintenance loss effectively
Standard equipped with quenched high-manganese 42CrMo chisel, available in point, blunt and moil point for rock, concrete and frozen ground with longer wear life than ordinary cast chisel. All wear parts including seal kit, bushing, chisel and nitrogen charging tools are in permanent stock for global fast delivery, saving buyers long lead time and high aftermarket part markup.
