The role of the low pressure sensor:
In electromechanical control, the role of the low pressure sensor is very important, and it is the basis for the control of pump flow control, spool control, proportional valve control, etc.
After the operating handle is completely turned over, the pilot pressure oil is output twice, and it leads to the multi-way valve spool when the low pressure sensor senses. The low pressure sensor detects the pilot pressure of the operating handle and sends an electronic signal to the electromechanical controller (CPU). ) to calculate, and send the calculation results to the hydraulic pump regulator, the swash plate inclination of the hydraulic pump changes, and the output flow of the hydraulic pump also changes; the electromechanical controller senses the driver's hand movement through the signal of the low pressure sensor, to perform corresponding operations.
