Working Principle
This kit utilizes multi-layered seal synergy. Piston and piston rod seals (NBR+PTFE) form pressure barriers to prevent hydraulic oil leakage; O-rings fill gaps to enhance sealing; dust seals block contaminants and protect the hydraulic system.
Key Installation Steps
  1. Prepare tools, shut down excavator, and release hydraulic pressure
  2. Disassemble boom cylinder, remove old seal, and thoroughly clean components
  3. LubriCe new seal with hydraulic oil and install in correct orientation
  4. Reassemble cylinder and test boom operation for leaks
Precautions
  • Avoid using metal tools to prevent scratching seals
  • Follow torque specifiCions when tightening bolts
  • Ensure sealing lip faces direction of oil pressure
  • Perform no-load test before heavy-duty operation
