Manual starters are devices operated manually to control connected equipment. How Starter Motors Work
When the engine is activated (via stop/start button or ignition key), an electrical signal is sent to the starter solenoid. The solenoid then transfers power from the battery to the starter motor, which engages the starter drive (Bendix gear) with the vehicle's flywheel. As the starter motor turns, it cranks the engine to initiate combustion. Once the engine is running, the starter motor disengages automatically.
