Manual Starters
Manual starters are devices operated manually, offering simple operation without requiring expert intervention. They feature a button or rotary knob that allows users to turn connected equipment on or off through mechanical linkages that open or close contacts.

How Starter Motors Work
When the engine is activated (via start button or key), an electrical signal is sent to the starter solenoid, which transfers power from the battery to the starter motor.
The electrical current activates both the starter motor and the starter drive (Bendix gear system), engaging the vehicle's flywheel. As the starter motor turns, it cranks the engine to initiate combustion in petrol and diesel vehicles.
Once the engine is running, the mechanism disengages the starter motor from the gear and flywheel as the engine no longer requires the electrical spark to maintain operation.
