Description
1. Long reach boom are use for dredging rivers port construction, railway construction and groundwork construction, with high extensive operation scope, high efficiency and high security.
2. Our company established on years 2007, we have over 10 years experience in designing and customize the long reach boom for all brand excavators.
3. Applicable for all the excavator model,OEM service is also available.
4. Advanced manufacturing process, Technique is in the line with global standards.
5. We have all the installation dimensions of most excavator, we can customize this long reach boom for your excavator.
6. The main material of this long boom is Q345B + Q690D.
7. The long reach boom include lubricant pipe system, hydraulic system, 1 bucket, 1 bucket cylinder, 1 linkage, 6 pins and 4 hoses.
8. Before welding, we have use big edge milling machine mill(taper process) the edge of the sheet. So the welding can go to the internal of the steel-sheet and make the structure have higher performance. Also the inside have strength plate make it more stronger.
9. If necessary, extra pipeline can be added to suit to some extra application.
10. Stick cylinder of the long boom, can use your original stick cylinder to save the cost, if you need the stick cylinder, we also can prepare for you.
11. Some parts can be consolidated using thicker plate or overlapping another plate for heavy-duty application.
12. Welding is protective-gas welding, the protective gas is 80% Argon and 20% CO2 mixed. This is golden standard for protective gas.
13. Before welding, we have use big edge milling machine mill the edge of the sheet. So the welding can go to the internal of the steel-sheet and make the structure have higher performance.
14. For all base,joint and other main structure of the long boom, we use boring machine adjust the precision after welding, to avoid the welding-stress leading to big tolerance.
15. The manufacture time about 25 days. Warranty time 9 month after installation.
16. We will also supply parts list for the long reach boom, so it's easy for Maintenance and after-sales service.

Our (arm) boom are used for desilting rivers and excavating for port construction, railway (subway) construction and groundwork construction with extensive operation scope, high efficiency and high security.
The materials can be Q345B(SGC490), Europe hardox and Weldox, NM and so on, you can choose it according to your request. We made it with top welding and quality, very durable with competitive price. Original excavator performance, improves operation scope.

5. All the seam are 45 degree tapered before welding.

Packing and shipping:

1. We pack it by film at first, then secure it inside the container by fixing to the container wall through steel wire.
