This 70/76 double lip skeleton oil seal adopts dual-lip sealing design. The inner lip tightly fits the rotating shaft to block internal lubricating oil from leaking out, while the outer lip blocks external dust, debris and moisture from entering the engine cavity.
The embedded metal skeleton maintains the circular shape during press installation to avoid deformation and failure, and the built-in coil spring continuously provides pre-tightening force to keep the lip closely attached to the shaft surface. It effectively solves shaft end oil seepage problems, reduces engine oil consumption and extends the service life of engine moving parts, which is an essential component for complete engine overhaul and maintenance.
