Part number 5-12569-006-0 valve stem oil seal is installed on the top of engine valve guides of Isuzu C190 engine. It controls the oil lubrication volume on the valve stem, stops excess engine oil from burning inside the cylinder, and solves the failure of blue smoke from exhaust pipe, oil consumption rising caused by aged or cracked old seals.
It is a must-replace wearing part during cylinder head maintenance and full engine overhaul. It is recommended to replace together with cylinder head gasket, front & rear crankshaft oil seal 94026324, full overhaul gasket kit for one-time thorough repair.
