Product Description
These injector sleeve composite sealing bushings are installed between the fuel injector sleeve and the cylinder head bore of the CAT 3408 V8 diesel engine. Their core function is to seal the gap to avoid diesel fuel leaking into the cooling water channel, prevent coolant from entering the combustion chamber, and also block high-pressure gas blow-by from the cylinder, eliminating engine abnormal water loss, white exhaust smoke and fuel dilution of engine oil.
They are mandatory replacement consumables during cylinder head disassembly, injector maintenance and engine top overhaul for CAT 3408 series power units.
