Single-channel nodular cast iron turbine shell with outstanding thermal fatigue resistance. It withstands long-hour high exhaust temperature under continuous digging work, avoids cracking and deformation caused by frequent load fluctuations of excavators.
Equipped with galvanized metal diaphragm wastegate actuator connected by high-temperature black rubber pipe. Automatically limits boost pressure to prevent overboost damage to engine internal parts, stabilizes low-speed torque during heavy digging and uphill operation.
Aluminum alloy compressor impeller undergoes ultra-high-speed dynamic balance calibration, large air flow matching SAA6D107E engine intake demand, improves low-speed torque and reduces black smoke under full-load acceleration.
Dual full-floating sliding bearings matched with multi-layer fluorine rubber high-temperature composite oil seals. Excellent anti-oil-leak performance, long service life under 24-hour continuous heavy construction duty, reduces maintenance downtime.
All exhaust flange, V-type air inlet/outlet, oil inlet/return ports fully consistent with original Holset turbocharger. Direct bolt-on replacement without cutting or modification, perfectly compatible with PC240-8 excavator SAA6D107E engine.
