Single volute nodular cast iron turbine shell with strong thermal fatigue resistance, resistant to cracking and deformation under long-hour heavy-load transport and construction work.

Equipped with metal pressure relief actuator connected by black rubber hose, automatically limits maximum boost pressure, stabilizes low-speed torque, reduces black smoke during heavy acceleration and climbing.

Aluminum compressor wheel and high-temperature resistant turbine wheel undergo full high-speed dynamic balance calibration, effectively reduce turbo lag at low RPM, improve fuel combustion efficiency.

Dual full-floating sliding bearings matched with multi-layer fluorine rubber high-temperature composite oil seals, excellent anti-oil-leak performance, long service life under frequent start-stop working conditions.

4-hole square exhaust flange, standard air inlet/outlet size, oil inlet and return channels fully consistent with original factory specifications, direct bolt-on replacement without pipeline modification.
