Single volute nodular cast iron turbine shell with excellent thermal fatigue resistance. It withstands long-term high exhaust temperature continuous operation, avoiding cracking and deformation under frequent start-stop load changes of excavators and medium trucks.
Equipped with metal diaphragm wastegate actuator connected by black rubber hose, automatically limits boost pressure to prevent overboost damage to engine internal parts, maintains stable torque output under low-speed heavy load climbing and haulage.
Aluminum alloy impeller undergoes high-speed dynamic balance calibration, high air intake efficiency. Significantly improves low-speed intake volume, enhances engine low-end torque, reduces exhaust black smoke during acceleration and heavy-load startup.
Double full-floating sliding bearing matched with fluorine rubber composite high-temperature oil seals. Effectively suppress oil leakage risk, extend service life under all-day heavy-duty operation, lower regular maintenance frequency.
All exhaust flange, air inlet/outlet, oil supply and return ports fully consistent with original GT2259 turbocharger. Direct bolt-on replacement without cutting or modification, perfectly matched with Hino J05E engine.
