This connecting rod adopts one-piece hot forging integral forming process, with thickened rod body and reinforced I-beam structure. It can bear ultra-high impact load and explosion pressure during heavy mining operation, effectively avoiding bending, fracture and permanent deformation faults under long-time heavy-duty working conditions.

Made of high-strength alloy steel with overall quenching and tempering heat treatment. The material has excellent tensile resistance, fatigue resistance and wear resistance, adapting to harsh mining and construction working environments, greatly extending service life.

All machining surfaces are processed by high-precision CNC boring and milling according to Komatsu OEM standards. The small end bushing hole, big end bearing hole and bolt mounting position fully match Komatsu 6D170, 6D170-E2, 6D170-E3 engines. No grinding or modification is required during installation to achieve perfect assembly clearance.

The small end is pre-installed with wear-resistant copper bush, and the big end adopts split high-load bearing bush matching structure. The inner hole is precisely ground to ensure uniform oil film lubrication, effectively reducing friction loss between piston pin and crankshaft journal, preventing shaft holding and burning tile failure.

Replacing the aged connecting rod eliminates power attenuation, abnormal knocking and unstable idling caused by rod deformation and clearance out of tolerance. It restores the original compression ratio and power output of Komatsu 6D170 series diesel engines, lowering fuel consumption and extending the overall service life of mining and heavy construction equipment.
