No external pressure relief actuator, integrated bypass valve inside turbine housing. Simplified pipeline layout, fewer fault points, stable boost pressure control, perfectly adapt to narrow engine compartment of medium trucks and excavators.
Aluminum alloy compressor impeller undergoes high-speed dynamic balance calibration, matched with J05E 4-cylinder medium displacement intake demand. Significantly improves low-speed torque, reduces black smoke during heavy load acceleration and climbing.
Dual full-floating sliding bearings matched with multi-layer fluorine rubber high-temperature composite oil seals. Excellent anti-oil-leak performance, long service life under all-day heavy-duty operation, reduces maintenance frequency.
Square 4-hole exhaust flange, straight air inlet/outlet, oil inlet and return ports fully consistent with original Garrett specifications. Direct bolt-on replacement without cutting or pipeline modification, perfectly compatible with J05E engine.
