The turbine shell adopts high-temperature resistant nodular cast iron, excellent thermal fatigue resistance. It can withstand long-term high exhaust temperature operation, avoid cracking and deformation under frequent load fluctuations of construction and agricultural equipment.
Aluminum compressor impeller undergoes high-speed dynamic balance calibration, high intake efficiency. Effectively boost low-speed intake volume, improve engine torque at low RPM, reduce black smoke during acceleration.
Equipped with double full floating sliding bearings and multi-layer fluorine rubber high-temperature oil seals. Greatly reduce oil leakage risk, extend service life under continuous heavy-duty working conditions. Built-in mechanical wastegate actuator for stable boost pressure control.
All exhaust flange, air inlet/outlet, oil supply and return interfaces are fully consistent with original TD04L-10T turbocharger. Direct bolt-on replacement without any modification, perfectly match Cumm ins 4BT3.3 engine.
