Large diameter aluminum alloy compressor impeller undergoes ultra-high-speed dynamic balance calibration, matches the large air intake demand of 6-cylinder 6D107 engine, effectively lifting full-load torque and eliminating black smoke under heavy acceleration.
Dual full-floating sliding bearings matched with multi-layer fluorine rubber high-temperature composite oil seals. Strong anti-oil-leak performance, extends service life under 24-hour continuous mining construction duty, reduces maintenance downtime.
Double square twin volute exhaust flange, V-type air inlet/outlet, oil supply and return ports fully consistent with original factory specifications. Direct bolt-on replacement without cutting or modification, perfectly compatible with PC220-8 SAA6D107E engine.
