Description:
Long reach boom are used for dredging rivers port construction, railway construction and groundwork construction, with high extensive operation scope, high efficiency and high security.
According to customer requirements,Our company specialize in designning and customizing all kinds of long reach boom for all brand excavators.
We have detailed dimension of most excavators,this Daewoo DH280 excavator we have detailed dimension.
1. For all the long reach boom we produced,include lubricant pipe system, hydraulic system, 1 bucket, 1 bucket cylinder, 1 linkage, all pins,all hoses,etc
The Stick cylinder of the long boom, can use the original stick cylinder to save the cost, if you need the stick cylinder, we also can prepare for you.
This Daewoo DH280 long reach boom,we prepared the stick cylinder for customer
2. The main material of this long boom is Q345B + Q690D, the top and bottom cover plate use Q690D, other place use Q345B. Weldox also optional to suit to your appliion. Pin’s material is 42CrMo4.
3. All the plate are beveled 45 degree before welding.
4. If necessary, extra pipeline can be added as customer requirements
For this Doosan DX300 18 meter long reach boom,we prepared 1 kit extra auxiliary pipe as customer requirements
And at the end of auxiliary pipe,we prepared stop valve,so it's convenient for customer to replace attachments.
5. Our welding was by maual. Welding is protective-gas welding, the protective gas is 80% Argon and 20% CO2 mixed. This is golden standard for protective gas.
6. For all base,joint and other main structure of the long boom, we use boring machine adjust the precision after welding, to avoid the welding-stress leading to big tolerance.
7. We will also supply parts list for the long reach boom, so it’s easy for Maintenance and after-sales service.
8. We can supply detailed dimension drawing for confirmation before order.
