All rods and tubes undergo full tempering heat treatment, eliminating internal stress and enhancing the metal structure for long-term stability and crack resistance.
CNC Turning & Precision Machining
High-precision CNC turning ensures tight dimensional control, laying the foundation for smooth piston motion and exact fitment.
High-Frequency Surface Quenching
The piston rod surface is hardened up to HRC 55+, enhancing wear resistance and minimizing surface deformation—especially under repetitive impact or abrasive conditions.
External Grinding
After quenching, the rod is finely ground to achieve a uniform surface, essential for ensuring seal life and reducing friction during movement.
Hard Chrome Plating
