This hydraulic main pump is an EX60-2 and EX60-3 specialized main pump assembly for small excavators. It adopts an integrated structure of piston main pump and pilot gear pump. It is the hydraulic power core of these two classic 6-ton old models of small excavators. It is widely applicable to medium and light engineering operation scenarios such as municipal earthwork excavation, pipeline laying, landscaping, old building demolition, and farmland renovation. 

The core friction pairs inside the pump body are made of high wear-resistant alloy materials. The piston, cylinder, flow distribution plate, and other key components are precisely machined by CNC, heat-treated by quenching, and precisely matched and ground. This effectively enhances the surface hardness and fatigue resistance, enabling it to adapt to harsh working conditions such as dust, mud, high and low temperature alternation on construction sites, reducing internal wear and hydraulic internal leakage faults caused by repeated operations over time. The pump housing is cast in one piece from high-strength cast iron, with a compact and thick structure, outstanding vibration resistance, and suitable for the high-frequency start-stop and continuous impact operation characteristics of small excavators. It is less likely to experience shell cracking, oil leakage, or oil seepage problems. The pressure regulator of the same specification and high-quality sealing kit are provided as well. The hydraulic control response is rapid, the displacement adjustment is stable, and it can automatically adjust the power output according to the load, balancing the digging force and fuel economy.
