The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with E70B excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. Product Introduction

This E70B relief valve is a crucial pressure protection control component in the hydraulic system of the E70B small excavator. As the core component for safety pressure relief in the entire hydraulic circuit, it is installed on the main control distribution valve body and is mainly responsible for limiting the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic system, regulating the digging force of the entire machine, buffering the instantaneous high-pressure impact generated during operation, and effectively protecting the high-cost and precision hydraulic components such as the main hydraulic pump, traveling motor, and rotation motor from being damaged by overpressure. 

It is made by casting high-strength cast steel as a single piece, and the surface of the shell has undergone rust-proof strengthening treatment. It has excellent anti-vibration and anti-shock performance and can adapt to the complex and bumpy working environment of the construction site. The internal valve core and valve sleeve are made of high-hardness alloy steel, and through carburizing, quenching and heat treatment processes, the surface hardness is enhanced. Then, high-precision matching grinding processing is carried out, maintaining a micrometer-level precise clearance between the valve core and the valve sleeve, which greatly reduces the risk of valve core scratching and jamming caused by internal impurities of the hydraulic oil. 

The internal pressure regulating spring is made of high-quality alloy spring steel and has undergone multiple fatigue strengthening tests. Under the working conditions of the equipment operating continuously for a long time and the increase in hydraulic oil temperature, the spring's elastic force output is stable and persistent, and it is unlikely to have problems such as softening, elastic force attenuation, deformation or fracture.
