Product Description

This main hydraulic pump is suitable for models such as ZX60, ZX70,  PC50, PC55, PC56, SK50, and SK50UR. It is used as the core power source of the hydraulic system for various small excavators ranging from 5 to 7 tons. It is developed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the dimensions and technical parameters of the drawings. The installation flange, oil ports layout, and control interface are fully aligned with the original vehicle components, without the need to modify the pipelines or the bracket structure. It can directly replace the original vehicle and perfectly match the load sensing hydraulic control system of each model.

The pump body shell is made using a high-strength cast forging one-piece molding process. The internal pistons, cylinder bodies, flow distribution discs, and inclined discs, as well as other core friction components, are made from high-maintenance alloy materials. They undergo multiple heat treatment processes such as precision mirror grinding and vacuum carburizing and quenching, which enable them to withstand continuous high-pressure impacts in scenarios such as municipal pipe excavation, landscaping, earthwork backfilling, and crushing operations for a long time. In complex working conditions with high dust, muddy and damp conditions, and large temperature fluctuations, it can maintain stable and continuous operation, effectively reducing the wear rate of internal precision parts and extending the overall service life of the pump body, thereby reducing the project delays and maintenance costs caused by hydraulic failures of small excavators.
