The GVO KH026 dual-pump is a high-quality hydraulic oil supply component specially developed for the KH026 small excavator. It adopts an integrated dual-pump body structure and can simultaneously output two independent hydraulic oil flows. It mainly undertakes tasks such as equipment pilot control oil supply, auxiliary execution oil circuit pressurization, and braking oil circuit supply, providing stable oil pressure power for the small arm digging, overall machine rotation, walking drive, and control of the bulldozer's trowel. 

In terms of core component material selection and precise processing technology, the two sets of driving gears, driven gears, and spline transmission shafts of the KH026 dual-pump are all made from high-hardness alloy steel forgings. They undergo a complete set of processes including CNC hobbing processing, mirror-finish grinding of the tooth surface, quenching and tempering for hardening, and tempering and quenching for quality improvement. The meshing clearance of the dual-pump gear set is calibrated to a micron-level accuracy, ensuring excellent synchronization of the two sets of gears and a smooth, gentle meshing process. This can significantly reduce the noise caused by high-speed rotation of the gears and control internal oil leakage under high-pressure conditions. The wear-resistant side plates inside the pump cavity and the pressure compensation pads are made of wear-resistant composite metal materials, which can resist the long-term friction and scratching of dirt and fine sand impurities in the construction hydraulic oil. The main shaft position is equipped with a high-temperature-resistant rubber oil seal and multiple layers of buffer sealing gaskets, which can withstand the high-temperature hydraulic oil erosion caused by long-term heavy-load operations of the small excavator. The oil seal is unlikely to age and harden, the shaft head does not leak oil, and there is no leakage at the pump body joint. The entire pump body is cast with a dense and thick structure, and the dual-cavity pressure-bearing capacity is balanced and reliable. Under the condition of simultaneous dual-oil-path supply, the shell will not develop deformation, sand holes, leakage, or other defects, ensuring the sealing stability of the two hydraulic oil circuits for a long time.
