The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. Product Introduction

This GVO replacement relief valve is a dedicated main relief cartridge valve for E323 and E336 large excavators. It is a core component of the machine's hydraulic control system, often referred to in the industry as a main safety valve or multi-way pressure regulating valve. Directly mounted within the main control multi-way valve block, it performs three key functions: limiting the maximum pressure of the hydraulic system, overload relief, and system pressure stabilization.

The valve body is made of high-strength alloy structural steel, forged from a single piece and subjected to a dual heat treatment process of overall tempering and quenching followed by low-temperature tempering. This significantly improves the overall rigidity, resistance to compressive deformation, and impact fatigue strength of the valve body, enabling it to withstand the frequent pressure pulse impacts of a 30-ton excavator's hydraulic system without the risk of valve body cracking or thread stripping.

The outer surface of the valve body is treated with galvanized passivation for corrosion protection, providing excellent rust prevention and resistance to hydraulic oil corrosion. Even in harsh working environments such as mining dust, mud and water immersion, and long-term scouring by high-temperature hydraulic oil, it is not prone to rust or pitting, ensuring that the threads remain smooth and intact after repeated disassembly and assembly. The internal valve core, valve sleeve, and pilot plunger are all precision-machined through multiple processes including high-precision centerless grinding, internal honing, and valve seat mirror polishing. The clearance between the components is controlled at the micron level, ensuring a tight seal against internal leakage under high pressure and zero jamming during valve core reciprocating opening and closing, eliminating valve core jamming and overflow failure caused by minute impurities in the oil.
