The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. Product Introduction

This cartridge type relief valve (pilot pressure reducing valve/main safety valve) is an exclusive hydraulic precision accessory for small excavators. It is accurately adapted to the E305, E305.5, E306, E307 and upgraded E305.5E2, 306E, 307E2 series models. It is the core pressure protection component of the hydraulic control system of the distribution valve of the whole machine. It is also often called the main gun relief valve and pilot pressure regulating valve in the industry.

The main body of the valve body is made of high-strength alloy structural steel and is forged in one piece. The internal valve core and valve seat undergo high-precision CNC grinding, carburizing quenching and low-temperature tempering dual heat treatment processes. The overall hardness, wear resistance and impact resistance are greatly improved. It can withstand high-frequency impact of hydraulic oil and high-pressure reciprocating opening and closing movements for a long time, eliminating common faults such as valve core sticking and rapid wear and tear of the sealing surface and pressure relief.

The outer shell has been treated with multi-layer galvanizing for anti-corrosion passivation. It has excellent protection against splashing of mud and water on the construction site, humid environment, and acid and alkali corrosion of hydraulic oil. It is not easy to rust and oxidize when installed outdoors for a long time, and the threads are not easy to be damaged by sliding threads.

The valve stem oil port and orifice adopt micron-level precision drilling technology. The flow control hole diameter is uniform and regular. It is matched with imported oil-resistant fluorine rubber sealing ring. It is not easy to harden and crack in high and low temperature environments. The sealing performance is stable under high pressure. The whole process from raw materials to finishing is produced to standard.
