This GVO cartridge-type main relief valve is a core pressure protection valve for the hydraulic system, meticulously designed to match Komatsu's original specifications. It is precisely suited for two main models: the classic 20-ton direct-injection excavator (PC200-6) and the 30-ton heavy-duty mining excavator (PC300-7). As the ultimate pressure regulating and safety valve built into the multi-way distribution valve, it performs three key functions: limiting the maximum pressure of the entire hydraulic system, relieving pressure during heavy-load overload, and maintaining pressure under continuous load. These functions directly determine the excavator's digging impact force, the coordination of complex movements, and the comfort of operation. Simultaneously, it provides comprehensive overload protection for high-value hydraulic assemblies such as the main hydraulic pump, boom and arm cylinders, travel and swing motors, and high-pressure hydraulic lines, preventing irreversible major failures such as plunger scoring, distributor plate wear, oil pipe rupture, and oil seal puncture caused by instantaneous high-pressure impacts.

The product is meticulously replicated at a 1:1 scale according to the valve chamber structure of the PC200-6 old-style mechanical distribution valve and the installation dimensions of the PC300-7 heavy-duty reinforced main control valve. The overall valve body length, top oil passage diameter and opening position, multi-stage sealing ring groove depth and spacing, external thread pitch and profile accuracy, and locking hexagonal mounting position dimensions perfectly match the original parts standards. During maintenance and replacement, no destructive modifications such as enlarging, tapping, inserting, or grinding of the valve bore are required. Simply insert the valve into the valve chamber and tighten the locking nut for a non-destructive installation. It is perfectly compatible with the pressure feedback logic of the PC200-6 pure mechanical hydraulic control circuit and the PC300-7 large-displacement heavy-duty hydraulic circuit, resolving installation failures caused by dimensional deviations, assembly interference, and incorrect pressure calibration of commonly used valves on the market.

The valve body is made of solid high-alloy structural steel bar and is integrally machined by CNC lathe, eliminating the drawbacks of inferior castings that are prone to cracking and lack strength. The valve core and valve seat sealing pair undergo a triple strengthening process of high frequency surface quenching and hardening, low temperature stress relief tempering to eliminate internal stress, and ultra-precision mirror honing of the inner hole. The working surface has high hardness and strong resistance to high pressure oil erosion and impurity particle grinding. From the source of raw materials and processing technology, it avoids repeated repair failures such as valve core scoring, valve port sealing surface damage, and long-term internal pressure loss. It builds a solid and reliable hydraulic safety pressure defense line for two Komatsu excavators with different tonnage and different working conditions.
