Product Introduction

This GVO cartridge-type main relief valve is a core pressure safety control component for the hydraulic system of four classic Komatsu excavators: PC200-6, PC200-7, PC200-8, and PC270-8. As the ultimate pressure regulating and safety valve built into the multi-way distribution valve, it bears the core mission of limiting the maximum pressure of the entire machine's hydraulic system, providing pressure relief during heavy-load instantaneous overload, and maintaining pressure under continuous load. It directly determines the excavator's digging and cutting force, the smoothness of complex movements, and the operator's feel. Simultaneously, it provides overload protection for high-value hydraulic assemblies such as the main hydraulic pump, boom and arm cylinders, travel and swing motors, and high-pressure hydraulic lines, preventing irreversible damage to core components caused by instantaneous high-pressure impacts.

The entire multi-layered sealing and protective structure is perfectly integrated with the external mechanical structure to fully meet the harsh operating environments of large and medium-sized excavators, including high oil temperatures in the sealed engine compartment during summer, erosion from mud, water, and dust splashes at mining and construction sites, high-frequency vibrations during long-term heavy-load operations, and alternating day and night temperature differences. It achieves comprehensive reinforcement and upgrades in terms of high-temperature resistance, leak-proof capability, vibration resistance, and rust and corrosion resistance.

The upper valve core guide sliding position of the valve body is equipped with an ultra-high temperature resistant fluororubber combination sealing ring, which can withstand the corrosion of high temperature deteriorated hydraulic oil in the engine room for a long time, as well as the hardening, cracking, and permanent deformation failure of the sealing ring caused by rapid rise and fall of oil temperature. The two independent stepped sealing grooves in the middle section of the valve body are respectively equipped with thickened oil-resistant nitrile rubber O-rings. The double seal superposition forms a sealed protective barrier, which completely prevents high pressure hydraulic oil from leaking outward from the joint surface between the valve body and the multi-way valve block. Even if the equipment operates continuously in shifts under harsh conditions such as muddy construction sites during the rainy season, dusty quarries, and poor hydraulic oil cleanliness due to delayed maintenance, there will be no risk of oil leakage from the outside of the valve body or oil seepage from the thread gaps.
