Product Description

The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Suitable for the high-pressure hydraulic conditions of excavators, it effectively prevents internal leakage, pressure loss, operational instability, and vibration.

Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge relief valve is specifically designed for older Kobelco SK200-1, SK200-3, SK220-1, and SK220-3 hydraulic main control valves, serving as a core pressure control accessory within the main control valve. The valve body is forged from high-toughness alloy steel, eliminating inherent defects such as porosity and sand holes found in castings.

Key pressure-bearing components such as the valve core and seat undergo double heat treatment with quenching and carburizing, achieving a surface hardness sufficient to resist wear caused by metal debris in the hydraulic oil. The valve core mating positions are precision-machined using high-precision CNC grinding equipment, ensuring precise clearance control and smooth, sensitive reciprocating motion, minimizing the risk of jamming or blockage.

The hexagonal disassembly section on the outer side of the valve body is thickened and widened to prevent wrench slippage and avoid damage to sharp corners during maintenance and disassembly. The top pressure regulating spring chamber features a dustproof buffer structure and is equipped with a high-temperature, aging-resistant rubber O-ring seal to prevent sand and metal impurities from entering the valve core mating clearance. All oil holes are CNC drilled, resulting in smooth and rounded inner walls. This minimizes eddy current losses and reduces oil pressure pulsation as hydraulic oil flows through the valve body.

The valve body surface undergoes rust-proofing and wear-resistant treatment, preventing rust even after prolonged exposure to high-temperature hydraulic oil and humid, dusty construction environments, significantly extending the service life of the relief valve. Suitable for high-intensity, continuous operation conditions on older Kobelco excavators.
