The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. Product Introduction

This flange-type main relief valve is specifically designed for the hydraulic systems of Komatsu's classic medium-to-large tonnage machines. It is perfectly compatible with the older PC200-7 20-ton direct-injection model, and the PC300-8 and PC350-8 30-ton electronically controlled heavy-duty models. These three models cover most construction scenarios, including earthmoving, mining, heavy-duty loading, and foundation excavation, and have a large market presence with consistently high demand for maintenance and replacement.

The valve body is made of high-toughness alloy ductile iron through a single precision casting process. The internal flow channels are formed using a lost-wax precision casting process, resulting in a dense and uniform internal structure. It can withstand the high-frequency, high-pressure hydraulic pulse impacts of mining operations for extended periods, and the pressure-bearing capacity of the body fully meets the stringent requirements of heavy-duty equipment.

The core moving parts, such as the valve core, valve seat, pressure regulating spring, and damping core, are all made of high-quality alloy steel. They undergo a complete set of heat treatment and precision machining processes, including carburizing and quenching, low-temperature stress-relieving tempering, and high-precision mirror grinding. The surface finish of the valve core reaches the micron level for hydraulic precision components, ensuring smooth and seamless reciprocating opening and closing. This minimizes malfunctions such as sealing surface scratches, excessive clearances, and excessive internal leakage caused by long-term erosion from high-pressure hydraulic oil. The valve body undergoes blackening and passivation for rust prevention, while the internal oil passages are phosphated for corrosion protection, making it resistant to rust and blockage caused by mud and water immersion, dust accumulation, and high-temperature oil corrosion.
