The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge relief valve is specifically designed for the hydraulic system of the Kobelco SK60 mini excavator. As the main pressure valve integrated into the main control valve block, it is a core precision hydraulic component responsible for limiting the maximum working pressure, overload relief, and system pressure stabilization in the entire machine's hydraulic circuit. It directly determines the excavator's digging power, operational sensitivity, and smoothness of complex operations, while protecting core and expensive components such as the hydraulic pump, cylinders, and travel motor from damage caused by instantaneous overpressure impacts.

The entire relief valve core assembly is CNC machined from a solid alloy structural steel bar. The valve core's mating cylindrical surface undergoes two precision machining processes: centerless grinding and mirror polishing. The coaxiality and fitting clearance achieve micron-level precision, ensuring smooth reciprocating sliding after installation in the valve bore. It avoids problems such as uneven wear, oil impurities causing jamming, and opening/closing difficulties, reducing the failure rate through machining precision.

The internal valve core, valve seat, pressure regulating spring, and throttling damper are all subjected to double heat treatment of carburizing and quenching + low temperature stress relief tempering, which greatly improves the surface hardness and significantly enhances the resistance to erosion and particle wear. It can withstand the high-speed impact of high-pressure hydraulic oil and the grinding of fine impurities in the oil for a long time, eliminating common problems of small excavator overflow valves such as valve core sealing surface scoring, excessive internal leakage under high pressure, and inability to lock the set pressure.
