As a core overload protection safety valve built into the main control multi-way valve, it undertakes three key functions: limiting the maximum pressure of the entire machine's hydraulic system, providing instantaneous relief pressure under heavy loads, and maintaining stable pressure under continuous loads.

The product is a precise 1:1 replica of the Komatsu 8th generation distributor valve's cavity data. The overall valve body length, top pressure relief hole diameter, multi-stage sealing groove spacing, external thread pitch, and locking hexagonal mounting dimensions are all identical to the original standard. Repair and replacement require no enlarging, tapping, inserting, or grinding of the valve bore; it can be directly inserted and locked for non-destructive installation.
