The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Product Introduction

This GVO brand excavator main relief valve is custom-designed for Komatsu's classic older models PC200-5, PC210-6, and PC220-5. It is a core pressure safety protection component of the excavator's hydraulic main control valve, often referred to in the industry as a distributor relief valve, main gun pressure valve, or overload safety valve. In the overall hydraulic system, it plays three core roles: pressure limiting, overload relief, and system pressure stabilization, directly determining the digging force, boom lifting power, travel traction, and the overall stability of the hydraulic circuit.

The valve core and seat are precision-ground and matched, with the clearance controlled at the micron level. The sealing cone surface is mirror-polished to prevent internal hydraulic oil leakage under high pressure.

It features an imported high-temperature resistant helical pressure spring with high fatigue strength. Even after tens of thousands of opening and closing cycles, it will not experience spring force attenuation or breakage, maintaining a consistently stable pressure settling value.

The exposed threads are made using a precision rolling process, with standard pitch and tight engagement. They are equipped with aging-resistant fluororubber O-rings, which prevent oil leakage and ring bulging under high pressure, completely solving the common problems of oil leakage and weak pressure relief in old overflow valves.
