The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Product Introduction

This GVO cartridge-type main relief valve is a universal distribution valve pressure protection accessory for classic D-series direct injection excavators and the new generation GC Euro IV electronically controlled excavators. It precisely covers six mainstream excavator models: the older E320 direct injection model, the new high-efficiency E320GC model, the E323D heavy-duty reinforced version, the E330 medium-sized mining excavator, the E336 main mining excavator, and the E340 large-tonnage heavy-duty excavator. It features a factory-replicated valve bore diameter, thread pitch, insertion depth, valve core stroke, and internal pressure regulating structure. The valve positions are directly interchangeable across all models, making it an irreplaceable ultimate overload pressure relief safety barrier for the hydraulic circuits of medium and large excavators.

All components undergo a dual strengthening process of quenching and tempering heat treatment followed by surface carburizing and quenching. This results in a uniform hardness distribution throughout the valve body, significantly improving its resistance to high-frequency hydraulic shock and fatigue creep. It can withstand tens of thousands of reciprocating opening and closing pressure shocks up to 35MPa over a long period without experiencing problems such as valve core jamming, external thread stripping or disengagement under stress, or permanent deformation of the sealing ring mounting groove due to compression.

The left-side hexagonal locking nuts all feature a thickened and reinforced structure design. This ensures even and stable force distribution when maintenance personnel adjust system pressure with a torque wrench and during disassembly and assembly for locking and positioning, preventing issues such as nut corners slipping from the wrench or pressure slippage due to inability to lock at the set pressure. The valve stem outlet employs a multi-hole streamlined smooth oil passage design, resulting in extremely low hydraulic oil flow resistance and effectively reducing hydraulic water hammer impact and abnormal oil temperature rise caused by high-flow-rate oil turbulence.

Equipped with imported high-pressure resistant fluororubber O-rings, these O-rings possess exceptional resistance to mineral hydraulic oil corrosion, high-temperature long-term aging, and non-hardening and brittleness at low temperatures. Even under harsh conditions such as continuous full-load operation for over ten hours a day in E336 and E340 engines with soaring oil temperatures and drastic temperature fluctuations in open-pit mines, the sealing performance remains consistently reliable, eliminating the risk of oil leakage, dripping, or internal pressure drop on the valve body. The product strictly follows the standard structure of  original cartridge valve, eliminating the need for grinding the distribution valve bore or adding extra gaskets for modification. All six models can be directly installed by inserting the main control valve bore and tightening the nut to complete the replacement installation, greatly reducing the time and labor costs of repairing and disassembling medium and large excavators.
