As a multi-way valve with an integrated main relief valve, it plays a crucial role in locking the upper pressure limit of the hydraulic system, relieving overload pressure, and maintaining constant system pressure. The valve core, valve seat, sealing pair, pressure regulating spring, throttling damper, and other internal core load-bearing components all undergo a dual-strength heat treatment process: carburizing and quenching followed by low-temperature stress-relief tempering. This balances surface wear resistance and matrix structural toughness, allowing it to withstand continuous high-pressure hydraulic oil erosion and grinding from hard microparticles within the oil. This reduces the likelihood of common overflow valve problems such as sealing surface scratches, excessive high-pressure internal leakage, and unstable system pressure.
