Product Introduction

The GVO relief valve is compatible with the hydraulic systems of heavy-duty mining excavators (models 395, MH3295, 374, and 3101). As a core pressure protection control valve in a multi-way distribution system, it is precisely machined according to original manufacturer specifications. Thread specifications, orifice layout, valve core stroke, and rated opening pressure all match original parts. It supports direct cartridge replacement, eliminating the need for secondary processing or modification of the valve block during maintenance, effectively shortening downtime for heavy equipment maintenance.

The valve body is integrally forged from high-strength alloy steel. The valve core friction pair undergoes carburizing, quenching, hardening, and high-precision honing to precisely control the clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve. This significantly suppresses internal leakage under long-term high-pressure, high-flow, and heavy-load conditions, stabilizing and locking the standard working oil pressure of the hydraulic system. It specifically addresses common faults in this series of mining excavators, such as pressure drop under heavy load, insufficient digging force, slow boom lifting, overflow noise, jamming during complex movements, and stalling under heavy load. It is widely adaptable to harsh construction scenarios such as open-pit mining, rock stripping, large-scale earthmoving and rock removal, and heavy-load loading, continuously ensuring stable and balanced power output for the entire machine.

The internal pressure regulating spring is made of high-toughness, high-temperature resistant alloy spring steel. It withstands the reciprocating impact of high-frequency oil pressure for extended periods, resisting elasticity decay and plastic deformation. This ensures the equipment maintains a stable pressure regulation range even after long-term service, effectively avoiding major risks such as pressure drift and uncontrolled pressure release in the later stages of use. The valve components are equipped with high-performance, high-pressure resistant fluororubber sealing components, which can resist high-temperature hydraulic oil corrosion for a long time, preventing oil leakage from the valve body and leakage due to seal aging.
