Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge relief valve is custom-made for the multi-way main control valves of four popular medium-sized excavators in the EC-B series, compatible with models including EC160B, EC180B, EC210B, and EC240B. This series of excavators has a high market share in the construction equipment market and is widely used in various construction projects such as urban municipal pipeline excavation, highway subgrade construction, river silt removal, building foundation excavation, earthwork transportation, and mountain reclamation. Operating environments include sand and gravel quarries, muddy depressions, narrow urban construction sites, and hard-soil mountainous terrain.

The entire valve body is forged from high-strength alloy steel, eliminating the need for ordinary sand casting and avoiding inherent defects such as porosity, sand holes, and loose material in castings. Core components like the valve core and seat, which withstand long-term pressure and reciprocating sliding motion, undergo a dual heat treatment process of quenching hardening and surface carburizing hardening. This results in sufficient surface hardness, excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, effectively resisting abrasive wear from iron filings and hard sediment impurities in the hydraulic oil, thus extending the overall service life of the relief valve.

The valve core mating area is meticulously ground using high-precision CNC grinding equipment. Strict control of the scientifically reasonable assembly clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve ensures smooth and sensitive valve core opening and resetting, reducing the probability of troublesome malfunctions such as valve core jamming and return-to-position stuckness. The hexagonal locking end at the bottom is thickened, ensuring even force distribution during maintenance and disassembly, preventing slippage and edge chipping. Multiple sealing points are equipped with high-temperature resistant, hydraulic oil corrosion-resistant, and aging-resistant O-rings, providing multi-layered sealing protection to prevent dust and metal debris from entering the valve core working gap.

All pressure relief oil holes are made with CNC precision drilling technology, resulting in smooth, burr-free inner walls of the oil passages, low hydraulic oil flow eddy loss, and weak oil pressure pulsation. The valve body surface is treated with anti-rust and wear-resistant coating, so even if it is immersed in high-temperature hydraulic oil for a long time or in a dusty, damp, and muddy construction site environment, the valve body surface is not easy to rust or peel, making it suitable for the harsh working conditions of four excavators for continuous heavy-duty construction around the clock.
