The hydraulic buffer during crushing significantly reduces pump core impact loss and minimizes overheating during prolonged continuous operation.

1. The machine features a dual main plunger pump + integrated pilot gear pump integrated structure, equipped with a side-mounted electronic proportional solenoid valve power control system. This system accurately responds to operating handle signals, ensuring balanced flow distribution across multiple compound movements including digging, swinging, traveling, and crushing, eliminating stalling, speed drops, and lag.

2. The internal plungers and distribution plate are made of high-hardness wear-resistant alloy and precision-ground to a mirror finish, minimizing internal leakage and pressure drop under long-term earthmoving and hard rock crushing conditions.

3. The thickened cast steel shell is equipped with lifting rings for easy disassembly and maintenance.
