The Hitachi EX100-5 dedicated Kawasaki hydraulic main pump integrates a dual variable displacement piston pump and a distribution valve into a single assembly, serving as the core of the EX100-5 excavator's hydraulic power system. Its displacement and pressure control curves, along with the high-wear-resistant alloy materials used in the cylinder block, pistons, and distributor plate, ensure stable and consistent high-pressure output. It simultaneously improves common issues such as weak digging power, slow boom lifting, travel deviation, jamming during complex movements, engine stalling and overheating, and oil leakage within the pump body.

1. The pump undergoes dual testing for high-pressure bench impact and seal durability. Its thickened cast iron casing resists construction site impacts and high-temperature hydraulic oil, making it stable and durable for medium- to long-term heavy-duty operations such as earthmoving, demolition, and municipal renovations. It is the preferred hydraulic assembly for Hitachi 10-ton excavator maintenance and replacement.

2. A complete set of seals is included with the pump.
