Product Description

This high-precision overflow valve is specially designed for KX91-3 and VIO35 mini excavators. It is a core safety component in the multi-channel distribution valve of small excavators, fully controlling the maximum working pressure of the entire hydraulic system and protecting the entire hydraulic components from damage caused by high-pressure overload. These two small equipment are mainly used for indoor modifications, courtyard construction, municipal alley pipeline laying, greenhouse land consolidation, basement narrow space operations, etc.

The valve body is made of high-strength cast aluminum alloy and processed as a single piece. The valve core, pressure regulating spring, pressure-bearing base, and the entire set of sealing components are precisely manufactured in accordance with the original factory component parameters. The four corner fixing bolt holes, center spline shaft structure, inlet and outlet oil port diameters, and sealing groove specifications are perfectly adapted to the installation base of the KX91-3 tracked excavator and the VIO35 tailless compact excavator multi-channel valve.
