The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Product Introduction

The CBEA-LAN is a standard T-2A socket-mounted load-balanced relief valve from the SUN series. It's a three-in-one precision hydraulic valve used in engineering machinery hydraulic systems for load holding, back pressure balancing, and overload pressure protection. It's commonly referred to in the industry as a balancing valve, anti-balance valve, or boom-dropping prevention valve.

This valve body features a fully threaded, one-piece design, eliminating the need for an additional valve cover plate. It can be directly screwed into the standard integrated valve block mounting holes for easy assembly, greatly simplifying the hydraulic circuit layout. It is suitable for compact multi-way valve assemblies and cylinder end-panel integrated installation solutions.

The valve body integrates a one-way valve conduction structure and a pilot-operated overflow pressure compensation mechanism. A single valve body can simultaneously achieve three core functions: forward free oil flow, reverse load locking, and overpressure overflow unloading. It replaces the complicated pipeline connection of traditional split valve groups and is an essential safety control valve in execution circuits with gravity-induced falling load risks, such as excavator boom cylinders, truck crane luffing cylinders, aerial work platform telescopic boom cylinders, and hydraulic outrigger cylinders.
