Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge relief valve is specifically developed for the multi-way main control valves of several mainstream medium-sized excavators in the EC-B and EC-D series, compatible with models including EC160B, EC180B, EC210B, EC240B, EC140, and EC200D. This batch of medium-sized construction machinery has a large market presence and is widely used in municipal pipeline excavation, roadbed construction, river dredging, factory foundation construction, earthwork transportation, and rural reconstruction projects. Operating environments include muddy wetlands, gravel yards, confined urban construction sites, and hard soil conditions in mountainous areas.

The valve body is integrally forged from high-quality alloy steel, eliminating the need for ordinary casting materials and fundamentally avoiding inherent defects such as porosity, sand holes, and material looseness. Core components like the valve core and seat, which bear pressure and slide repeatedly over long periods, undergo a dual heat treatment process of quenching hardening and surface carburizing hardening. This results in sufficient surface hardness and excellent wear and impact resistance, protecting against abrasive damage from iron filings and hard sand particles in the hydraulic oil, thus extending the valve's service life.

The valve core mating area is precisely machined using high-precision CNC grinding equipment, accurately controlling the appropriate assembly clearance between the valve core and valve sleeve. This ensures smooth and sensitive opening and resetting of the valve core, reducing the probability of valve core jamming or return-to-positioning failures. The hexagonal locking area at the bottom is thickened, ensuring even force distribution during maintenance and disassembly, preventing slippage and edge chipping. Multiple sealing points are equipped with high-temperature resistant, oil-corrosion-resistant, and aging-resistant rubber sealing rings. This multi-layered sealing structure prevents dust and metal debris from entering the valve core's working clearance.

All pressure relief holes are cut using CNC precision cutting technology, resulting in smooth, burr-free inner walls of the oil passages. This leads to low hydraulic oil flow eddy current loss and small oil pressure pulsation amplitude. The valve body surface is treated with anti-rust and wear-resistant technology, so even when exposed to high-temperature hydraulic oil, dusty or wet and muddy construction site environments for extended periods, the valve body is not prone to rust or wear, making it suitable for the harsh working conditions of excavators operating under continuous heavy loads for extended periods.
