As a core pressure protection component of the machine's hydraulic distribution valve, it plays a crucial role in system pressure stabilization, overload relief, and hydraulic circuit overload protection. The valve body undergoes a dual process of heat treatment and surface blackening for rust prevention. The valve core and seat sealing pair undergoes high-precision internal honing and mirror-finish machining. The micron-level precision fit maximizes the valve's opening and closing sensitivity. When the hydraulic system pressure exceeds the equipment's rated safety pressure, the valve core can instantly open to overflow and release pressure. Upon pressure drop, it immediately and tightly reseats to lock and maintain pressure, completely resolving a series of common mini excavator problems caused by internal leakage and delayed pressure release, such as weak digging force, weak bucket extension and retraction, slow boom drop, sluggish swing motion, pressure drop during load travel, and slow idling response.
