Product Introduction

This GVO high-precision threaded cartridge main relief valve is specifically developed for older models, fully compatible with four widely used second- and third-generation hydraulic excavators: the PC120-5, PC200-3, PC200LC-2, and PC220LC-3. As the core pressure control valve of the main control distribution valve, it performs three core functions: pressure regulation of the entire machine's hydraulic system, overload peak pressure relief, and oil circuit overpressure safety protection. It is a crucial hydraulic wear part for repairing older excavators that experience power loss or abnormal operation.

The product is a 1:1 replica of the original valve parts, based on 3D measurement data. The valve body insertion depth, external thread pitch and engagement length, radial flow port position, multi-seal groove dimensions, and top pressure adjusting lock nut structure are all perfectly aligned with the original parts. It perfectly matches the installation reference of the older distribution valve bore. Repair and replacement require no modification to the valve block, such as boring, grinding, or adding adjusting shims; assembly is completed simply by screwing it into the original position and locking it.
