The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

This relief valve is precision-machined from high-quality steel and undergoes overall quenching treatment. Equipped with oil-resistant and high-pressure-resistant seals, it boasts excellent sealing performance, impact resistance, and wear resistance. Suitable for the high-pressure hydraulic conditions of excavators, it effectively prevents internal leakage, pressure loss, operational instability, and vibration.

Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge relief valve is custom-made for the multi-way main control valves of three widely used 6-ton mini excavators: the CX55B, EC55, and Sany 60-9. It is a core precision and easily damaged component in the hydraulic control system of mini excavators, controlling the upper pressure limit and performing overload pressure relief protection.

The entire valve body is forged from high-toughness alloy steel, eliminating the need for ordinary sand castings and avoiding inherent defects such as porosity, sand holes, and loose material in castings. It can withstand the continuous hydraulic pressure impact under the bumpy operating conditions of mini excavators.

Key components such as the valve core and valve seat, which bear pressure and slide repeatedly, undergo a double heat treatment process of quenching hardening and surface carburizing hardening. This results in sufficient surface hardness and excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, resisting the abrasive wear caused by iron filings and hard dirt impurities inside the hydraulic oil, significantly extending the overall service life of the relief valve.

The valve core mating position is precisely ground and machined using high-precision CNC grinding equipment. The scientific and reasonable assembly gap between the valve core and valve sleeve is strictly controlled to ensure smooth and sensitive valve core opening and resetting, thereby reducing the probability of troublesome faults such as valve core jamming, return jamming, and pressure regulation failure from the source.
