The relief valve quickly opens to release pressure, diverting the hydraulic oil exceeding the rated upper limit back to the hydraulic tank, buffering the instantaneous high-pressure impact, thereby protecting the main plunger hydraulic pump, high-pressure oil pipes, and boom and stick cylinders, preventing component deformation, oil leakage, or even bursting damage caused by overpressure.
