The GVO excavator relief valve, compatible with Hitachi excavators, is a key pressure control valve in the hydraulic system. It regulates hydraulic pressure, releases overload pressure, protects core hydraulic components such as the main valve and hydraulic pump, and ensures stable operation of the entire machine.

Product Introduction

This threaded cartridge relief valve is a universal high-pressure regulating component for multi-way main control valves in four models of Sany heavy-duty excavators with medium and large tonnage. It is compatible with mainstream models such as SY335, SY365, SY385, and SY485. It is a precision pressure-bearing and easily damaged component within the machine's hydraulic control system, controlling the upper pressure limit, overload pressure relief, and maintaining constant pressure output.

The entire valve body is forged from high-toughness alloy steel, eliminating conventional sand casting materials and avoiding inherent defects such as casting porosity, sand holes, and loose material. It can withstand continuous high-pressure impacts and equipment vibrations on the construction site. Core components such as the valve core and seat, which bear pressure and slide repeatedly, undergo dual heat treatment processes including quenching hardening and surface carburizing hardening. The surface wear-resistant hardness meets standards, resisting abrasive wear from mineral debris and metal impurities in the hydraulic oil, significantly extending the service life of the components. The valve core mating area is meticulously processed using high-precision mirror grinding equipment, precisely controlling the scientifically reasonable assembly gap between the valve core and valve sleeve. This ensures smooth and sensitive valve core opening and resetting, reducing the probability of problems such as valve core jamming, pressure regulation failure, and return jamming. The hexagonal locking nut on the outer side of the valve body is thickened and reinforced, ensuring even force distribution on the wrench during maintenance and disassembly, preventing slippage and edge damage. Multiple sealing points are equipped with fluororubber O-rings that are resistant to high pressure, high temperature, and hydraulic oil corrosion, relying on a multi-layered isolation structure to prevent dust and iron filings from entering the valve core cavity.
